Making the funeral arrangements

The thought of arranging a funeral is not something any of us would want to do, this together with the distress and emotional upset leaves you completely disorientated and unsure of what to do next.

It is exactly this situation that our funeral arrangers have been trained to understand and cope with. Under normal circumstances the funeral arrangements are made when you attend one of our offices, where we are furnished with the appropriate surroundings in which you can been seen in private and comfort, an appointment is not necessary.

If however you are unable to or would rather not attend one of our offices, one of our funeral arrangers will be pleased to make an appointment to visit you in your own home.

The funeral arranger will endeavour under any and every circumstance to spend time with and provide you with full information about all our services. You will be given the opportunity to personalise your loved ones funeral by choosing a coffin from our selection or indeed by designing one to reflect your loved ones interests or personality.

We will be able to arrange a funeral to suit any requirement, from the traditional to New Orleans Jazz tribute. In all aspects of the funeral arrangements our funeral arranger will point out the procedures and legal requirements as applied to every stage of the funeral.

If a death occurs then please feel free to contact us at any time, 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Call your local branch during office hours and use our FREEPHONE number out of hours - 0800 17 42 20.
