The funeral service
The funeral service can take place wherever you so desire, you may wish to have a local church service or the service may be held entirely at the crematorium of your choice, advise will be given to you regarding these matters by our funeral arranger. We will book and pay for the church, clergy and the organist on your behalf.
The funeral service may be conducted by the following people:
- A minister from any religious denomination.
- A Civil Celebrant.
- A Humanist Officiant.
- A member of the family or close friend.
Our funeral arranger will assist you in selecting the most appropriate officiant and liaise with them for you. If you feel that option 4 is preferable our conductor can guide you through the funeral service on the day.
On the day we will be happy to provide ushers at the church if required, cards can be distributed to the congregation as they assemble upon which those present may record their attendance.
